Reminds me of good old tug-of-war flash games! Played on the hardest difficulty. Overall it's pretty good, but also a little easy at that difficulty. The no-build mission with the 3 lanes and minelaying was a bit more challenging and unique. I'm sorta with Coach Brian on the controls. I do like it, however it isn't exactly my style. The game-play just from this demo is amazing, can't wait to see all of what you have planned. I do have a small complaint though, if killing a havester is worth 100, why do they not give 100 when dropping off the cargo? Small idea regarding controls is to have it in settings to swap between the two settings so people can choose if they want the lanes, or a more classic controls....

Remember those Flash games and HTML games on sites like ArmorGames or Kongregrate before Adobe gave Flash the newfound hobby of being unalive? Well the contrasting terrain art and semi 3D unit and building sprites, the gridbased building layout, and managing a lane of attack/defense (or two or three), it all feels like a "big" Indie Flash game made by a few friends and putting it up to play for free by anyone on the site. I get this is very unlikely, but I would very much prefer the "lane" fighting mechanic to be removed and more freedom emphasized. I like the graphics and feel otherwise as it is definitely reminiscent of C&C, but the lane fighting feels too much like a flash game and unfortunately leaves me disinterested....
