Development Notes Vol.3

Hello. I'm TwY, the producer of HEAVEN SEEKER.
In Vol.3, we will introduce the new layers presented at the shooters fes, as well as the enemies briefly shown in the PV, and new features that were not introduced at the shooters fes.

New Areas
In the Prologue version, you could play the first half of the game, but in the full version, you will be able to explore the Sky castle until the end. We will introduce two new exploration areas: the "Prison Area" and the "Frozen Area."

Prison Area
In the fourth layer, enemies different from those in previous areas will appear. Completely new battles will unfold, not just extensions of what you've seen before.

Frozen Area
The fifth layer is a suitable place for the final stage. There are also gimmicks associated with "ice," making it quite challenging.

Please check the full version to see what kind of battles await you. We hope you look forward to it.

New Enemies in Existing Layers
New enemies have been placed in the layers you experienced in the Prologue version, so you should have a different gameplay experience. They are quite formidable opponents, so those who have honed their skills in the Prologue should definitely try and experience the differences.

Addition of Wave Count UI
Although we could not introduce this in the shooters fes product version explanation, a new feature has been added to notify you of the number of waves. There has been talk of "wanting to be able to check the battle progress of the room" for some time, so we took the time to consider a clear and non-intrusive way to express this. We hope you like it.

Suspend Feature
A new suspend feature has also been added. You can now select "Suspend" at the portals that are the goal of each area. Selecting suspend allows you to save your exploration status and return to the title screen. This way, when you play next time, you can resume your exploration from the title menu's "CONTINUE" (exploration will resume from the next area). It’s a convenient feature when you want to take a break.

Development Notes Vol.2

Vol.2 will also be a review of the new features introduced at the shooters fes.

■ About Abysses (Pits)
One common issue raised in reviews and at events was the difficulty in seeing abysses (pits). To address this, a [!] will now appear when you approach an abyss. This indicator doesn't appear all the time, so you can still enjoy the dungeon atmosphere.

■ Skill Function
A skill function will be implemented to make conquering the sky castle easier. You can set skills without exceeding the skill capacity value. Skills such as auto-aim and HP boost are available to help you in your sky castle conquest.

■ Difficulty Selection Added
In the Prologue, there was no difficulty selection, but in the full version, you can now set the difficulty level. This makes it easier for players who are not comfortable with omnidirectional shooting to enjoy the game. Additionally, increasing the difficulty level will apply a score multiplier, so for those seeking higher scores, we recommend playing on a higher difficulty.

Next time, we will introduce the new floors and enemies showcased at the shooters fes, as well as new features that have not yet been revealed. Please look forward to Vol.3!

Development Notes Vol.1

Hello. I am TwY, the producer of HEAVEN SEEKER. In the Prologue, we received numerous valuable comments from many customers. We have carefully examined these comments within our team and are utilizing them in the development of the full product. Starting with this note, I would like to share with you some of the additions to the full product version that were not in the Prologue version over several installments.
Essentially, this will be a reintroduction of the content I previously shared at the "shooters fes" where I had the opportunity to participate.

■ Additional Characters
In the Prologue, you could play with three characters, but in the full product version, additional playable characters have been added, bringing the total to five. Similar to the Prologue version, each explorer has a corresponding grimoire prepared, and their unique traits are expressed through their stats.

PENTAS41

PENTAS41 is a character who uses a unique grimoire to conquer sky castles, featuring a beam that reaches its target instantly and hits continuously. This grimoire makes it easier to accumulate scores, and using it may facilitate the re-rolling of treasure chests.

Merial

Merial initial grimoire, Thunder, has a higher attack power per shot compared to the Spirit Arrow. However, its trajectory is whimsical like lightning, which may make it difficult to use in some situations.

Of course, the newly added grimoires can also be freely customized by combining them with sidebooks.

■ Tuning of Existing Explorers
In addition to implementing new characters, we are also adjusting characters that appeared in the Prologue. We are tuning each character to have their own strengths, while also ensuring they don't have overly significant disadvantages.

That was Development Notes Vol.1. Next time, we plan to introduce a new system. Look forward to the changes many have requested and the introduction of systems not present in the Prologue！
