So, I understand that the battery discharges over time, and any actions I take drain them. However, I cannot even get past the tutorial due to battery outage. Are those items from boxes the only way to charge my battery? Most of them are empty, and I haven’t gotten past the 4th room or so, Also, the screen going blurry when low battery is just annoying, preventing last ditch effort to find batteries....

I've seen various mentions of "runs" in the comments and reviews. So, is it a roguelike/-lite?

No difficulty settings and an OTT Punishing difficulty, kamikaze robots are infuriating, large groups of robots kill you within in seconds, in what seems to be a tutorial area, very poor and limit starter weapon. Nice graphics and calm music sadly don't disguise how poor and frustrating this game is. A Massive "NO" from me on this one....

I will need to preface this review by saying that I did receive a key for this for free. I was really looking forward to giving this game a go from what I saw on the surface.
