Hello guys, Here is a small hotfix and balance patch for RK. v0.3.9.5.3

- Buffed Rks Rampage.
- General delay from 90sec to 25sec.
- Use time from 15sec to 5sec.

- Added the spactator Names when you dead.
- Added Character guide into the Lobby, just hover over the Character Icons.
- Fixed RKs Rampage.
- Fixed when you zoomed and died that you still got the zoom Fov.
- Fixed Kestrel Hand gun.
- Fixed Blue Generators in Survive and Escape.
- Fixed Lobby Elements that didn't replicated Right.
- Fixed that Support Dance could not seen by the Player.
- Fixed that you can "Escape" in Hide and hunt.
