Keybinds reset after closing the game

I keep changing the default keybinds when I open the game and they keep resetting, but it is kinda weird - if I want to change them back, the game says the keybinds are already in use, so I need to set them to default and set them up from scratch. Is there a fix to that?...

Activation Code?

When I try and start this, it asks me for an activation code. Anyone know where I'm supposed to get this? Is it just some legacy code that hasn't been updated, making this unusable?

I was gonna buy it but

Was about to buy it but then I remembered that Ubisoft recently said "gamers should get confortable with the idea of not owning their games". Then they removed "the crew" from people's libraries. Ubisoft you should get confortable with the idea of me not buying your games....
