I just bought the game and downloaded it, ubisoft connect says im not the owner, cannot start.

Just bought this again and have been playing my way through. Currently trying to get spices for my people and I am having a weird issue where they are not 'working'. I have the fertility on the southern island, I have placed the buildings down, the people inside start working the fields, then it gets to a point where they stop working and the building has a singular spinning orange ? above them and no spices are collected? I have no idea what the orange ? means as there's no help options in the game about...

Solange ein Ubisoft Account benötigt wird werde ich es nicht kaufen, sie haben aus einem lächerlichen Grund damals mein UPlay Account gesperrt mit 100ten euro Warenwert. Seit dem habe ich kein Ubisoft Spiel mehr gekauft. Und nach dem Debakel mit The Crew werde ich auch weiterhin nix kaufen was einen Uplay account Benötigt. Ich hoffe diese Schandfirma geht entweder Bankrott oder jemand übernimmt Ubisoft dem seine Kunden am Herz liegen....

Hey there. Just installed the game. The first time opening was ok. The second time i start it, the game runs, but it runs in tab mode, i can see the game in my task bar and i can hear the souns from the game, but i don't see the game screen. If i try to just click in on task bar happens nothing....
