Will we have NPCs to fight against too? The NPCs did a great job at showing how Pilots were different from normal soldiers. Plus for those of us (totally not me) who can sometimes have days where they can't hit the broadside of a barn, it would be something to still help the team earn points...

Titanfall failed because of something very simple : the game modes As ex-CoD devs, they handled Titanfall like if it was the next CoD. CoD are still released every year, and have the biggest marketing budget you could imagine, paired with a brand recognition very few games can compete with. They release the game with like 10+ game modes, after 6 months, you only have like 3 game modes populated at best. But it doesn't matter, the game is made to be disposable, because it will be replaced by the next entry ...

Yeah it's early to talk about mechs, but having an idea is a fleeting thing. I wanna have it out there as food for thought. Mechs will have to come onto the field... Somehow.
