I cant seem to select any options when in the menu i have a valve index

Well, I picked this up as it looked curious, but I quickly ran into issues. On the very first case the tablet to show the data collected wouldn't let me scroll it, so I couldn't see any of the details which, of course, led to my picking the wrong suspect. On the second case the same thing happened where I can't see anything on the data capture, so I have no idea what happened there. Plus, as I reached for the data tool it also triggered the step to go over the case and I couldn't get out of that process. ...
