How do you save the game

Before I start let me say I KNOW IT'S AN EA this is just my feedback of issues I've found so far. In no specific order. 1. Save game. How do you save the game. I found in another post here that it's F1 but WHERE in game does it tell you that. And there is NO keybinding for it. I ended up losing about 3 hours of play cause I couldn't figure out how to save. 2. Equipping, drag and drop, or using items in inventory or very hit or miss. Only a couple things this time around. 1. Need a way to skip steps in tutorial. When I made a molotov and then torched the nest at the beginner area it did not register and since I don't know where another nest is I was not able to continue the tutorial. Happened last save when I got stuck on killing an animal with a spear. 2. What does the advanced workbench do that the basic one doesn't? I made it thinking that's where I might be able to make the electric cables for the generator and other electric item...
