Question for creator - Diana, Pete, Harold

I could be wrong, but didn't Pete and Harold show up at the end of Season 1 where Diana thought they were raping her friend in the conference room? We meet Pete and Harold at the beginning of Season 2 at the restaurant where Diana works. My question is, did Diana lose her memory?

Bugs

There are still a few bugs to work out at the moment like translation from Russian to English (day 20) the day word is in russian, caf? vs cafe. Also when Diana goes to look at her phone with pic's and comments there is no images on the phone but just a blank white bar. Just to give you a heads up....
