A couple questions... 1. What specifically contributes to the tension index either way? I can't find any explanation anywhere for this. 2. How does the Allied player have 10 Victory Points at the start of the campaign? And a suggestion: I see in the turn reports that I have VP+1 or so for capturing a specific objective for that turn. But there is nowhere in the game (that I can see anyway--maybe I missed it?) that shows cumulative Victory Points throughout the entire game and what contributes to them....
