McAfee keeps putting the GrindStormer.exe under Quarantined, anyone know what to do?

The first exposure I had to the game Grind Stromer was when I had it on the Sega Genesis. I never knew it was an arcade game. I thought it was an original game made specifically for the Sega Genesis. I didn't think much of the Genesis title until I played the arcade version released. I am blown away by how much the Genesis version retained from the arcade....
