Is a patch needed?

Do i need an externally provided H-patch to unlock the adult content? Also, just bought the game - premise reminds me of several other H-games so i'm hoping it's good... also hoping the translation makes sense as i've noticed that chinese-original games tend to have... not great translations lol And one more thing - are you based in Hong-Kong? Mainland? Taiwan? Just a foreigner's curiosity....

Explanation of why there is no 日本語 version

There is... it's just that this Taiwanese publisher only handles the English/Chinese translated version. The original developer only sells the Japanese version on DLsite. One way you can tell that this isn't some Chinese asset flip, is the language is only Traditional Chinese... mainland China uses simplified Chinese. https://www.dlsite.com/maniax/work/=/product_id/RJ01008847/...
