I'm not sure what to do. Been playing around with potential dates for the mail lock but haven't seemed to crack it. Not sure where else to turn?

I really liked the game and the puzzles but the game needs more ways to show the player what needs to be done, maybe even a hint system. I had to look for hints in discussions just to confirm that i was in the right path with my guess because you don't get any clues if you're correct or not and it can be very frustrating...

Even thought i set the game language to english, the card is still written in french. ist that intentional? Has anyone else the same translation problem?

The toilet is in a separate room from the shower and sink. I do not understand.
