After formatting pc i lost save game, no cloud save option? I really lost my progress?

This is an interesting game that is very creative, but it is really a bit too difficult. I tried hard for a long time but couldn't pass the first map. In this game, I need to spend a lot of time to collect very few resources, making it extremely difficult for me to level up outside the game.
