We’re excited to announce that the Mythic Battlegrounds: Demonic Siege demo is released and you can download and play it right now! 🎮

The demo lets you play the full Chapter 1, where you'll defend the village of Aeshen's Rest against waves of undead! You'll command the human army, and thanks to the special feature of the human race—the "Mercenary Guild"—you'll get a taste of random units from all four playable races in the game!

This is a special milestone for us since we’ve been working very hard to prepare this demo, and we can’t wait for you to try it out. Your feedback will be invaluable as we work toward the full release coming later in March.

Awesome Concept

Man, this is the type of game I look for, you have four cool factions with over 100 total units between them and enemies! Is there going to be other modes vice campaign to play, say, random map, skirmishes, etc.,?

We have added a short tutorial to make it easier to get started and dive into the game. Based on the feedback from our beta testers, we have also included keyboard shortcuts for smoother navigation.

Shortcuts:

Main Screen:

Buildings: C
Barracks: B
Skills: S
Quests: Q

Barracks Screen:

Hire Soldiers: 1-5
Upgrade: U
Reserve: R

Buildings Screen:

House: H
Race Special Building: R
Military Buildings: 1-5

Regarding Demo - Town Hall

Okey.. Im trying the demo, so far the feeling is nice, not rough to play, fast paced and one can enjoy the music. The thing for me is that im at day 5 without losing anything, and I dont understand why town hall cant be upgraded to level two to be able to use the special ability of the commander. Maybe there should be something pointing out the requisites for it to be upgraded....

Just found out about this thanks to an ad, I still need to test the demo. But it seems like a simple game which is good for trying to start something out of nothing. Feels like old flash games, but better. What is the total time of gameplay to complete it in your minds?...

A way to see your army strength...

Would be nice to see what your strength was so you did not have to guess if you would pass a quest. Also be nice to know maybe a range of strength of the incoming day so you knew what your growth curve should be keeping up with.
