What does this patch do?

Okey i tried to install the r18 patch from the nekonyansoft website. I downloaded and unpacked it. I also installed the game through steam and even started it up really shortly and exited. Every time i press on the "install".exe from the patch which i unpacked.....it does nothing. It literally does nothing. Something loads for 1 second and then its over. I tried doing it as admin. And i redownloaded it as well and tried it again. I also restarted my pc. I never had such a problem before for all the other g...
