Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag does not start Windows 11

because I want to buy Assassin's Creed Black Flag but I can't afford it yet, does anyone know when the sale will be?

I've not played any AC games before but I picked this one up after reading about Skull and Bones and seeing so many people saying that Black Flag was better. I really like the idea of a pirate game so I bought it.
