i removed the grate and yet i can't get into the vent at the start of the game.....

When you play the first room, there are no hints at the coded door so that's obviously meant for later, you go into the first room with the grate and the boxes, but the character is too short to jump on them, I have a 40 minute live stream on youtube proving that no matter how much you try to jump up them and get to the crawl space it's imposssible and there's definately no other way to go....

I've watched a couple of playthroughs on YT which show that there should be a pile of crates in the laundry room in order to jump into the vent however, there were no crates when I played. Anyone else have this problem?

I feel like I'm playing as a child. Confused as what to do after getting the axe. And the game isn't fun nor scary whatsoever....

I just wanna say that you should really, really consider lowering the volume of your trailer. I have the volume slider about as low as it can go, and it was still VERY LOUD.
