Acutally after playing the tutorial three times I am still not sure what the controls do. Can someone explain how to play?

Ahah... Easy so easy)) Siege mission. 1st night, no recruits except 1 + yr guard. 1st enemy warrior feels like bandit King. Srsly? He destroyed my wall with 4-5 strikes. I cant running for the recruits fullday, cus i must build and...the day is gone, hello, enemy. Is it really Easy? When 1st enemy destroyed yr Kingdom at start. I tried to running left before night - no huts, to the right - armored enemies + knight. After completing Bandits mission, i understand, that this game need best timings for ANY act...

I watched my girlfriend trying to play this game and she had to give up and return it. bad stuff: - you get easily overrun on easierst difficulty on the first night, you basically need walls and archers on both sides. impossible to accomplish with starter resources - rng in beginning is to high. sometimes you walk in the wrong direction and time loss will kill you - at night 5+ or so enemies come with rams. wtf? turn it down! walls need to feel someone 99% safe - its very unclear when you are allowed to...

Just finished the game, i really love it. But its kinda short, just 3 levels of actual gameplay and enemies.
