Game is great i played it when i was a kid.
I wanted to give it a try again for the memories and.... Constant crashes and the game barely launches.
Ubisoft literally says "We are having technical difficulties" (on uplay log in) and it doesn't allow me to play the game.
After trying to fix it, it worked and then again it crashed again, and after crashes ? All settings reset : D

Nice fun game.....absolutely recommend! works fine on steam deck......only issue is I have to sign up every time I get killed....Need to sign in with a keyboard.....

I'm the type of person to rarely leave review but if I can stop one person from making my mistake I know I've put some good into the world. TLDR Ubisoft is BEYOND unhelpful and steam can't do crap about it.

I bought this game for pc back in i think 2021 and i had played it before [on xbox], to be honest i love the fast pace of it the game itself it is great. However my PC at the time couldn't run it so unlucky me :{. fast-forward a few years later, and a new better pc I made by myself [proud of that] and FIRST game i immediately download is SC blacklist. then ubisoft connect? ok new updated app alongside game, annoying yes but not deterring me. I can't find my original password to my account. OK a bit more annoying but i can just email old account, DO ALL OF THAT then... Authentication error!? are you serious? FINE I'll contact ubisoft support, a week of back and forth with different 'agents' [I'm certain they were robots...] and all just to tell me that I need to log in to the original account [which i am in!] and get the CD key for authorization. I NEED THE KEY FROM UBISOFT AND I CAN'T GET IT DESPITE THE FACT THAT I OWN AND BOUGHT IT AND NEVER GOT TO PLAY THIS GREAT GAME.

Basically if you HAVE to get it and my words don't deter you at least wait till it low/on sale, its what I'm tempted to try and just by those words you can tell I'm a fool.

This game is not really supported by Ubisoft at all anymore. It can be kinda difficult to get it working with no issues, but if you can get it working, the single-player content is pretty fun (the multiplayer sadly don't work no more).

Blacklist offers some pretty darn good stealth mechanics. It has a soft light/shadow mechanic, decently fluid movement, some fun stealth gadgets (tri-rotor, sticky camera, emp, etc), and all the necessary stealth mechanics that a stealth game needs to be at least decent, and then some.

You can either have a casual or hardcore stealth experience with this game, depending on how you play and the difficulty you choose. I don't really care for the combat stuff but luckily you don't have to engage with it (for the most part, and assuming you can stealth well).

The story is not great, Sam Fisher is kind of an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and they replaced his iconic voice actor, so I just pretend its a different guy lol.

Metal Gear Solid 5 is better but this game certainly ain't bad, and offers unique things/gameplay that MGS5 doesn't have!
Ubisoft please fix game and re-enable the servers!

the screen is working in windowed mode, if i change to full screen mode from settings section it doesn't work?

the game is way too good. but ubisoft......? this game has to be optimised before playing as it doesn't use the full cpu cores you have to do it manually, follow a tutorial , yeah it crashes (a lot) like every 40-30 mins.and the unnecessary launcher of ubisoft.
