I have bought a fair number but I can't tell what they actually do. Also what is the level cap on the purchasable upgrades? 100?

What does the bonus in the "Prices of your Products" list that you can access in your room stand for? And how does it increase? Also the bonus for the shields in the "Sales Figure" list is displayed below the rings for me. Thanks in advance :)

so does anyone else have customers not show up for days at a time? i have a lot of merch on the floor that they are into but no one shows up. i spend the whole day standing at the counter unable to move. is this a bug or some sort of feature im not understanding? all in all still a great game. addicting just like the last one for me that i can spend hours on it. i look forward to future updates to see what the creator will add....
