We’re thrilled to share the progress we’ve made so far in the development of Titan: The Ascension. With the alpha stage successfully completed and fully tested, we’ve now moved into the beta phase. Currently, we are rigorously testing, refining, and adding exciting new features and improvements. The combat system, mechanics, and various elements of the game are being fine-tuned to ensure a thrilling and immersive experience. We’ve also released new screenshots and a gameplay video that you can check out on the Titan: The Ascension Steam page.

Here’s a snapshot of what we’ve accomplished:

- New Flying Bot: A resource-collecting bot has been introduced, complete with new animations that enhance the visual and dynamic aspects of gameplay.

- Expanded Map Access: Players can now explore Titan’s northern region, rich in ice deposits essential for water extraction, vital for resource transfers to Earth.

- Game Over Feature: A new game over mechanic has been implemented, making your choices more impactful as you strategize for survival.

- Save and Load Functionality: Enjoy the convenience of saving and loading your progress, allowing for a more flexible gaming experience.

- New Ice Ore Resource: Ice ore deposits in the northern region can now be mined and processed for water, adding depth to your resource management strategy.

- Local Rocket System: A new rocket system enables water transportation from the northern region to the Yellow Lagoon, introducing strategic logistics.

- Performance Enhancements: We’ve improved performance across the game, including smoother gameplay and an upgraded HUD for a clearer interface.

- New Technologies & Minor Objectives: Unlock new tech and complete minor objectives for rewards, enriching your gameplay with added layers of depth.

- Improved Trade System: The trade system has been rebalanced, improving both its usability and strategic importance.

- Revamped Game Intro: We’ve refined the game’s introduction, providing a more engaging start to your adventure.

- Spanish Language Support: Titan: The Ascension is now fully localized in Spanish, broadening accessibility for players.

- Customizable Corporation Flag: Personalize your base by adding your corporation’s flag for that extra personal touch.

- Enhanced Building Info Textures: Improved textures for building information ensure better clarity and efficient base management.

- Improved Camera Movement & Zoom: Refined controls allow smoother camera movements and zoom, giving you greater control over the world of Titan.

- Detailed Tips and Guidance: In-game tips have been enhanced to provide clear, helpful guidance from the start, ensuring you always know what to do next.

Combat & Gameplay Enhancements

We’ve also introduced a powerful combat feature: control a low-orbit satellite armed with a state-of-the-art cannon, your colony’s main defense against the relentless Sentinels – ancient remnant technology on Titan. These Sentinels aim to destroy all life and technology on the planet, making your colony vulnerable to their constant attacks.

Additionally, we’ve added the Cam Projectile feature, which allows players to follow each shot from the satellite in real time, offering an up-close view of the action as it unfolds.

A dynamic weather system has also been integrated, immersing you in Titan’s unpredictable environment, complete with dust storms, strong winds, and lightning strikes, adding more challenge and realism to survival.
