Word of the Day

I just tried word of the day and didn't get it. After your sixth failed attempt it gives you the answer, but then I noticed you can restart the same game and just type in the answer it's just given you. It goes on your stats as completing it in one go. Personally, I don't think this should be able to happen. The whole point of the game is to have a bit of jeopardy and try to guess it in six. Surely, this is an oversight?...

I would play this if it had some plain colour backgrounds but those pictures make it difficult to see the letters easily

"pWordle" is a word puzzle game. The gameplay consists of 6 attempts at 5 letter words in which you are trying to figure out which word corresponds to the letters you found from previous guesses. When you take a guess (the word must exist), you are shown if any of the letters exist in the word you are looking for. There are 2 different colors for the letters indicating whether that letter is at the correct position within the word or no. If a letter within the word is right, it reveals a part of the background image.

The interactive gallery and the jukebox (customizable music) are nice!
The images are pretty to look at and the quality is fine. I encountered no lag or delay in the levels or modes.

It's perfect to pass your time in a sexy, relaxed, entertaining and informative way (learn new words through the puzzles). The function to view your statistics along with the global ones, is a convenient way to see how much you are improving over time. It is available in many languages!
