Can't seem to get lvl 10 drone achievement and 10k enemies will never spawn in a run

I just noticed that 10% of items and orbiters only work on the first selection. If you select it a second time, the prices are not reduced by 20%. Curious if this is the same for the other selections such as heal on crit, exp on crit, better chance for items to be in the store. If they are not to be stacked can we have them removed from future selections during the run....

every time i start a new game after finishing a run the game bugs out.....like power up choise screen extremly tiny, "need more coins" staying permanently on screen, soft lock in starter weapon window without weapons to choose from and so on...

I had 3 orbiters. Was leveling all to 10 during an achievement push. got the first one done, and the selection went away after I got it to level 10 (expected) The next one was Flame Revolution. Got it to level 10 and when I got the next selection window. it showed me 2 options still. I clicked flame revolution a few times, and nothing happened.
