Can't go to Third stratum or get the second hook to get the ally in "heaven" zone. Things I have done: Collect every chest in Stratum 1,2 and Interstice 1 and 2. Beat second boss as the guide recommended. Recruit Satori. Collect almost all the spells since one is stuck in that hellish water labyrinth I dread. Beat those Yukkuri bosses from the codes. and still get this message at Makai 1-1 of third stratum: "It doesn't look like you'll be able to go any further"...

My party is in their mid-late 40s and they are just not outputting the damage that the wiki and some old yt vids seem to be managing. In black sanctuary after the first area boss there is a section where you descend some stairs into one of those looping maps. If you go back up those same stairs to the previous area then game gets stuck loading. Also one of Mima's lines in dialogue before fighting Yumeko has a broken line break....
