infite black loading screen when try to run the game

I would really like to play the Game but it does not run well for Western PC´s. The Developer of the Game Dungeon 100 had the same problem. maybe contact him to see how he fixed that. Enemies are larger than the screen and a lot of sprites are missing. As i understand it there is a coding difference between Western and chinese.... At this point the Game is unplayable...

For those of you that can't launch the game due to an infinite black screen, change your time format to US format in your Windows options. This should fix the issue. Windows settings > Time & Language > Region > Region Format : English(US) Apparently some players have sprites issues with the game, I didn't saw that one, but maybe this fix works for this issue as well....
