Each faction leader has their own personality, history and beliefs, all interesting in their own right (many are revealed throughout the in-game quotes/cutscenes). I am working a tile that gives 2 nutrients and 1 metal. I send a former to cultivate a farm. After completion two dots appear in the upper left of the tile, and it shows still only producing 2 nutrients. What am I missing, thought a farm added 1 nutrient....

On load up I see the Firaxis Games logo, then the game crashes. I do have DirectPlay installed and checked. Any suggestions?
