If you're not the kind of learner that learns things really well just by reading paragraphs of text, you will likely have a rough start to this game.

There is a research tree mechanic in this game, but the only way to access it is through a toolbar-style menu that is neither obvious nor explained. Like, how should I know that to find the research tree, I should click on "View", then click on "Research" in a small unassuming row of buttons that is easy to overlook? I only found this menu because I was messing around and was wondering what options there were in the menu.

The creator of this game made the artistic choice of making the game's menus look like an early user interface that requires a user manual to navigate, with the consequence of it feeling like an early user interface that requires a user manual to navigate. The option to upgrade a building is very non-obvious unless you hover over the button, and the other functions require you to look at them for a few seconds to figure out what they're meant to do.

Overall, this game has quite a few issues with first impressions and such. The game does have an in-game chatbox which I find strange but is likely helpful to people, though as a player I shouldn't be forced to ask other people to figure out the fundamentals of the game. I highly suggest that the game gets more polish in the early stage of the game (I'm not saying that the dev should abandon the artstyle, I'm just saying that I wish they would explain things more clearly and at least have a guided tutorial). I almost quit the game a minute or two in from being confused and overwhelmed along with having little guidance, but decided to play longer just to post this review.

If none of the things I mentioned in this review are of issue to you then you'll probably enjoy this game just fine, I saw quite a few people in the chat who seemed to be enjoying it.

Enjoy idle games but this one I think because I upgraded too many things at once it glitched and no one would build so then i had to waste the buildinngs and rebuild what they were.
