If you enter a level and tweak the latency settings, they won't get applied until you exit and reenter a level. This can easily be verified by bumping the latency all the way up to 1000ms.

In stages with two ice monsters placed next to each other, there's a glitch where on the first ice monster, if you tap onto the second ice monster before the first ice monster's timer runs out, the tiles get placed in weird spots.
