Title. Says EE is free for owners of the original, but I don't see it in my library. Anyone else have this issue?

Just something that I think is interesting to note - Bandai Namco never updated the original Little Nightmares store page and the What's New library section to announce the release of this Enhanced Edition, or that it would be available for free to existing owners of the original game. Hello, Can anyone tell me how to get Little Nightmares Enhanced Edition on my account to play and own? I pre-ordered Little Nightmare III Deluxe edition and I didnt get the enhanced version ? Help with any info much appreciated :)

In chapter 2, after the doll room or whatever, you get to the clock room. When I get into the room, I can hear the door to the library slam shut over and over again, and when I finally get to it, it won't let me move. I have tried restarting from checkpoint and my game, but it just won't let me through. I thought it might let me go through anyways but when i tried going through the doorway I got stuck and couldn't see myself anymore. Is anyone else having this issue?...

In chapter 2 where you you have to shove the box off of the loose floorboard so it can tilt down, it doesn't let me proceed. The box keeps jumping around and the floorboard doesn't tilt down enough to let me slide down. I tried starting a new save and redownloading the game but it just doesn't let me proceed :(...
