So will the tameable dinosaurs happen later on during Early Access? Also, will we be able to tame carnivorous dinosaurs?

After unlocking the temple, I finally built one in my settlement but its UI says something about the need to acquire an artifact before a religion can be founded. What exactly are artifacts and where do you find them?? I explored the entire map but couldn't spot anything resembling an artifact item. There are only stone and iron mines, and the usual resources such as fish and berries.....

Bought the game and played for e few turn, I almost give up and refunded it until I know how to store food and other supplies. It's not intuitive enough. I know it's still in Early Access but please create a tutorial before anything else, or you can put a "help" page to show the basic...
