cause its getting harder and harder to breathe

how do I play the local CO-OP. i have a controler so how do i set up the multiplayer the game would be much better with a friend. can anyone help me please!?

Is there like a way to play Co-Op..? I keep seeing 4 player slots everytime i complete\die on a Lvl. If there is a way to play co-op, can any of you guys tell me how since theres no option in the main menu to play it.
