The game has a lot potential but it needs so much more work. Some stuff: 1 Controller support does not work correctly. 2 you can only walk left, right,up,down but not to left side as sample. 3 Missing achievements 4 no german translation 5 only 3 charakters 6 and it needs more weapons. All around an enjoyable experience, with a great base, also has a great thematic choice for this genre of games. For the future, I'd say performance is the main issue, especially with how full the screen can get in these types of games I'd say that it needs to run better. Perfect theme for a VS-clone marred by poor performance and a kind of lackluster skill/upgrade system. Seems more like a proof of concept that should be demoed much later in the dev process. 1. Runs poorly on my fairly decent setup, and is especially stuttery when there are lots of enemies on screen. 2. Upgrades to existing skills don't feel like they do anything. As suggested in the title, this seems like a fantastic idea. Kaiju are always getting shot by tons of military stuff and, well, they run around blowing stuff up. A+ premise. Art is suitable for the game and music is alright, too. There are, however, a couple of rough edges. First and foremost: The weapons and the game mechanics surrounding them.
