I've got every glyphet and achievement haventtriggered and I've also beaten the game (except for the boss rush) and haven't got the achievement either

There is a bug in the game. When you are reborn at a checkpoint, sometimes the flames stop shooting.

How am I supposed to get this? Every other coin in the game seams reasonable to get. I can't get high enough to break those blocks in the ceiling

i can't make out where I'm supposed to do a double jump on the trap, it's a very terrible control system
