maybe that's not what you're going for with this game but moving around with my right hand is giving me carpal tunnel slightly because I'm not used to it

Real fun game, is there a way you can make items and enemies look visually different? Maybe a shade of gray or black? Or an outline? It's hard to know what I can pick up and what I have to run away from.
