How do i start the game because when i click play doesnt even load

It has been like this for about 2 weeks , and i have no idea what it is or what's going on. I select to open the multiplayer portal it says "out of fuel" , i try to open ops it also says something and leaves me with the option "ok". same goes for the sticker shop , i cant open that too. Rux the shiny dude as well. And the hall opening time says "unknown" , i also cant go into the char portals (like yk an example pirates' is a ship with the big shark in it)...

whenever i try to play multiplayer it finds a match but then says "waiting for players" i end up waiting so long it kicks me out of the game coz it thinks im idle so i need to know if its dead or my game is bugged i just wana do multiplayer :/

this game was a big part of my childhood but i don't wanna spend 30 bucks on a dead game, does it get decent players?, is it full of hackers?, i got to know
