I am missing 100% fishing vacation and one hidden achievement, how do I get them? Note: I got endings A through D

After getting Ending E (Uncle in the cave), the achievement did not appear. Is there more to it than receiving the ending?

These are the two achievements I don't have, how do I get them?

After you finish the game if you choose continue and finish it again when you go to start a new game the selector cursor doesn't appear and if you hit the select button the screen just goes blank. Great game though

Title says it all. It's such a creepy and simple but clever story/premise. No ultra annoying jumpscare bs either though i'm sure a movie studio would probably want a ton of those added in for the movie trailer.
