All the doors on floors 1-9 have been opened. Don't know how to use coins and important photos

Unfortunately I have soft-locked myself from beating the game. I have Grandma's Bedroom key in inventory but it does not work on the door in her apartment. I tried removing the key from inventory, going to main menu, closing the game and re-opening and hitting Continue to no avail....

Hi, There is a problem with the mouse sensitivity setting. It resets everytime the game saves. Can you fix this ? It's really annoying. Have a nice day.
