can you have a "low end graphics option" so the game looks good but wont catch my bad all in one on fire?

I can't fix the aspect ratio because i can't select the graphics menu in the settings due to the audio sliders being over-top of the options menu.

I found the UFO, the Lambo and the F1 car. I could claim the F1 car after several tries but I couldn't get the other ones I found even though they are right in front of me. How do I properly claim them? Am I doing something wrong?
