have found two on each major zone: starting yard, beach and winter. one for finding the pet, one in the girl's house and one in ballon contest. but cannot figure out where to find the last one. any hints?

Is there some sort of trick to getting the balloon sniper achievement? I've gotten a score over 20 multiple times. I've even different variations (e.g. talking to the NPC before starting the mini-game, ignoring the NPC, getting exactly 20, etc.) but cannot seem to unlock it....

Am I the only one who got club penguin ds game vibes from the grappling hook? I love it! :)
