idk how to put my money into the atm to raise my balance there doesnt seem to be a deposit button or any option for doing it so im not sure how im supposed to do it

Twice this has happened to me now. When using the chip buttons to consolidate or break up chip denominations, my 10K chips disappear. I went from having a 10K chip, to having a 1K chip, and my balance went from over $10,000 to $1,000 accordingly. Hope this can be fixed. Thanks....
