if i beat the crown story, can i take my characters to the other 4 dlcs at thier current lvls or are they set to the correct level for the dlcs??

How can they charge so much for this? The game looks horrible, and yeah i can forgive the really dated graphics... but all I have to say about the game play besides INCREDIBLY boring city exploring, is that its a sad day when the overland travel system is the most intriguing part of the game. Sorry if it's a dumb question. Took this perk on my ranger but can't seem to see how to use / activate it. It says "you can use your bonus action to take aim," negating penalties etc. But there doesn't seem to be a button for "bonus action," take aim or... anything? Gone through all the char screens can't see anything, and googling didn't turn much up. Bit stumped......

Is there something in Unfinished Business I can change to affect this? 9/10 times I make a skill check during dialogues I roll a 1. That's just not how probability works. I could fail with other numbers too, but it's always a 1, almost every time.

With the sale i can prob grab one DLC pack but im not sure what is best for me. so if anyone can give their opinion i would greatly appreciate it. im loving the game so far tho i had to stop playing D&D because i couldn't make time being a caregiver for my folks and this has gave me the warm fuzzy D&D vibes....
