i tried speedrunning the game but i cant seem to get past the first guy i have to talk too. please help me. i like the game but ive tried probably 50 timews and it just freezes at the metal worker

The game looks awesome, but I found it to be unplayable where I'm concerned. 1 I'm left handed. I need to use the arrow keys rather than WASD and I can't because the keys aren't rebindable. 2. More importantly, when the viewpoint changes, so should the character's orientation.
