I use two monitors and center aligned works only with one(not primary monitor). Can you fix it?

I just installed start11 with steam, and when I tried to load it, I got the message "Steam has delivered an updated version of start11 v2 on. Do you want to install the update now? "I clicked on ves, then I got the admin privilege prompt, setup open for half a second, and then shut myself down. And tried to restart the computer several times, but to no avail, sometimes the message "This product is not activated on this computer. Do you want to uninstall this product? (y) Or (N) "What can I do to solve this...

Is anyone else frustrated with the way START11 v2 updates itself - it never is a clean update especially if STEAM isn't already running which it very rarely is upon startup - sometimes it works from a relaunch/update from in steam other times, uninstall/restart/re-run install - no other program comes to mind with the calisthenics this program does - heck, even fences behaves better - any ideas appreciated...

Been using it since it came out and it seems fine but all the reviews say it's bad?

Okay, I am sure somewhere someone did this, but I can't find it. I really just want to align my main monitor taskbar to the left of my screen, not at the bottom. So can someone explain how I do this or did I just waste money xD I do like all the other stuff, but this one thing I cannot seem to make happen which is largely why I hate windows 11....
