When I pick up the letter, the game invariably freezes and I need to force quit. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

In my opinion: -map way to big you can get lost easily -add apartment numbers on the doors- couldnt find any -more inteactions would be good, I checked lot of buildings all locked +exciting atmosphere in the buildings (pls dont add any annoying loud jumspcares, they arent good for the atmosphere ^^) +good Sounds + the Fog is very good + no lags Summarized Decrease the map size More interactions would be cool Sounds and Atmosphere are good...

I Downloaded the demo, picked up the letter and key, and ive been trying doors for the last hour and nothing has happened and ive been walking in circles. Any help?

I feel like ive gone everywhere and pounded on all the doors. I saw a note about a guy with a key being at the warehouse, but i cant find a warehouse. I saw a silhouette for a few seconds through a gap i couldn't go through, but i just left and nothing happens when i go back. Am i just dumb?...
