Think there is an error on the store page its not showing the base game

So after entering the diner and talking to the people at the bar, I see interaction points at the music box and more but I can't click nor move anywhere? tried with controller and mouse & keyboard - what could be the issue? I've already played the demo a couple months back (liked it quite a lot), but now I'm stuck after like 4 lines of dialouge......

I know the walking animation was made like that on purpose, out of style choices, but sometimes the animation and character movement aren't really match, so it created a weird feeling of moon walking. To be specific, I think mother's walking is slower than the actual movement speed, she moved forward before her leg even touch the ground....

I just received the game for review/stream and would love to progress further but am a bit concerned at the moment! If I could make a suggestion, give everyone the ability to control the graphics. Example window/fullscreen, FPS rates, vsyc etc. As no control means less possible players. I have a Nvidia 1060 6GB and this game is running my GPU at 100% and do not feel like having it melted just cause I was not able to change the frame rate or window setting, etc...
