*This update only applies to the Steam version.
*The updated version name will be displayed on the game's title screen.

There was an issue on patch 1.22 (released on 9/29/2023 7:00 [UTC]) where the game could've crashed when the Frame Generation was set to ON while using a specific Intel GPU.
We have confirmed that this issue can be resolved by applying the new graphic driver (Intel® Graphics Driver 31.0.101.4952 and later) released by Intel.

If you are experiencing this issue, please download the subject driver from Intel's website.

Graphic Updates:
・Implemented the needed updates required to have the game compatible to AMD's FidelityFX™ Super Resolution 3.
*FidelityFX™ Super Resolution 3 combines temporal upscaling and frame generation to deliver significantly higher performance.
*Frame generation is enabled separately from upscaling and is available when using AMD Radeon™ RX 5000 Series and higher, NVIDIA GeForce RTX™ 20 Series and higher, and Intel® Arc™ 7 Series and higher GPUs. (Upscaling is still available to use on GPUs lower that the products mentioned.)

・Added a new NativeAA quality mode option.
*Native AA mode does not apply upscaling but applies high-quality anti-aliasing and sharpening.


Miscellaneous:
・Added Frame Generation entry to the Graphics section of the menu.

Technical Issues:
・Fixed an issue where the main game save data appears in the DLC's save data slot and the DLC save data appears in the main game's save data slot. (Steam version)
*This fix only applies to newly created save data.

Known Issues:
・Low frame rates can be experienced on some 240Hz and higher refresh rate monitors, when FSR3 Frame Generation is set to ON and VSync is set to ON.
*To remediate this issue, make sure you are using the latest drivers from your video card manufacturer. You can also set VSync to OFF, or set your monitor refresh rate to less than 240Hz.

Battez-vous aux côtés d'une Tannta : Frey n'affrontera plus jamais les dangers qui l'attendent seule. Vous ferez appel à de nouvelles stratégies de combat et magies pour lancer des combos d'attaques et des capacités de soutien en tandem avec Tannta Cinta, contre la menaçante armée de Rheddah.

La défaite des Rheddig : revivez la bataille de légende qui a dévasté Athia et poussé les Tanntas vers la folie. Après votre réveil dans Visoria, détruite, vous devez repousser l'envahisseur rheddig et tenter de sauver la ville.

Explorez un nouveau paysage captivant : parcourez le dernier bastion de Visoria alors qu'il commence à succomber à la Brume. Atteignez de nouveaux sommets enivrants dans cet environnement vertical original qui mettra vos compétences de parkour à rude épreuve pour un affrontement final en hauteur.

Feature Updates:
・Adjusted the frequency and content of the banter between Frey and Cuff that plays during open world activities.
・Adjusted the pacing of certain event scenes in the earlier chapters.
・Adjusted the length of certain animations that play upon clearing quests or when Frey earns experience. Additionally, these animations can now be skipped.
・Added the Curiosity Shop as a fast travel destination.
・Adjusted the Support Spell icon in the magic HUD to show the charge state of each spell.

Additional Settings
・Added an option where the players can customize the camera movement. When CUSTOM is set to ON, players may adjust the camera's "Max Rotation Speed", "Camera Acceleration", and "Stick Response Curve".
・Added an option that enables the players to switch to the next attack or support spell by pressing instead of holding a button.
・Added an option where the players can choose to hide all HUD elements (such as menus and gauges) during gameplay.

Additional Content
・Added a feature where the befriended Tantas' Familiars will follow Frey on her journey and might deign to help her collect mana and items.
*Players can disable this feature from the Settings menu.
・New "Cuff Crush" attack. By pressing △ after leaping over an enemy with magic parkour, Frey will perform a powerful attack that consumes stamina.
*The damage and probability of knocking down the target enemy will increase based on the amount of stamina consumed.
・Added the ability to use magic parkour while mid-air.
・New "Revivifier" consumable. When possessing this item, players will be able to resuscitate Frey when she runs out of health.
・New "Stormshard" consumable. By using this item in certain locations on the map, players can generate a Breakstorm and can battle against giant Nightmares.
・New "Very Hard" difficulty setting. Certain gameplay settings will be locked when set to this difficulty.
*Select "Very Hard" from the SETTINGS menu to change to this difficulty during your journey.
*Select "Ultimate Mode" to play at this difficulty setting when starting a new game.

Miscellaneous:
・Implemented certain features that are required to activate the story add-on "Forspoken: In Tanta We Trust", which will be released on 5/26/2023.
*You cannot play the add-on without updating the game to 1.20.
*Players who purchased the Digital Deluxe Edition or Digital Deluxe Upgrade possess the early access to the add-on. Those may download and play the game from 5/23/2023 1pm (UTC).

*The shader has been optimized to have the Variable Rate Shading (VRS) available for all hardware.
