Hello Am I right in understanding that it is impossible to collect all SS and all notes on the first playthrough? The achievement description says "NG+ required", does this mean that some of the collectibles will simply be missing/not spawn on a regular NG?...

Is something supposed to happen after dropping the doll off in the bathroom? I did it and it didn't seem to have any effect on my progress. No cutscene or new information was revealed, which seemed odd.

I know about the exploit, but I'm still trying to find all 12. So far I've been able to find 10, including the one you get after leaving the doll in the bathroom . I'm wondering if the two I'm missing could possibly be connected to other side quests I haven't completed. I noticed there's a ghost in the park that looks to be eating dirt. Is there something you're supposed to do involving him? I was hoping that the corpse hanging in the woods would fall down and reveal another c...

Am I the only one since the new patch having issues with the right thumbstick? zooms in by itself on camera and scrolls up on chat by itself. any ideas? wanting to try out the new patch, thanks!
