I am back to play the game these few days, but it's hard to start a match online. It either has a high ping or not able to start the match. Is that because my internet's problem or because me and opponent are too far away from each other?

I ADORED One Step, and while a PvP variant wasn't what I expected, I can see how much effort was placed into Duelists. I'm enjoying learning the mechanics and basics so far, and the community is awesome and helpful. But why is it seemingly so small? Is it really that niche a title? Normally I wouldn't worry about playerbase size, but for an online PvP game, it's kind of dependent on it. I was looking over the palettes with a friend who owns the game, and was curious as to what all the references are, if anyone knows or has a guess to any, throw them down below, that way we can have a list of references for those curious.

i am in eu and wired. for reference i can play with 0 issues with my canadian friend in street fighter 6 (cross ocean). however in this game, every online match i play (just ranked) feels like i have bricks on my legs coupled with teleporting and other rollback artifacts. ping 50-100, rollback frames shoot up to 15-20+ non stop. jitter meter shows 3-6 for me tried auto delay, manual 4 frame delay, windowed, fullscreen - nothing helps. is this just me or?...

When most of people are playing? Or just too far from the server
